Return & Exchange policy:

 

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of shapewear and undergarments, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind.

SIZE EXCHANGES

If you ordered the wrong size, you may request a size exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange, the garment must be:

• Completely new and unworn

• Unwashed

• Free of stains, odors, deodorant, makeup, body products, or any signs of wear

• In the same condition in which it was received

• Returned with its original packaging and tags, when applicable

For hygiene reasons, any garment that has been worn, used, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or shows signs of wear cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges are for a different size of the same style, subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Lipo Illusion and for the shipping cost of sending the replacement garment. Replacement shipping is typically approximately $10 within the United States, depending on the actual shipping cost.

If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
